Despite continuous requests for the former couple to let the overweight woman croon, it looks as though Deion Sanders and Pilar Sanders will carry their legal back and forth well into 2013. Pilar Sanders has recently vowed to continue fighting with her ex over custody of their two children. In response to losing the most recent custody battle in court, Pilar says she is a “victim of Deion’s celebrity status.”

More from Page Six:

At a Dallas court hearing on Wednesday, model and actress Pilar Sanders lost temporary custody of her two boys, who have been living with their NFL Network analyst and Hall of Famer father. The judge also reduced Pilar’s child support from $10,500 to $5,500 a month. She will retain custody of their daughter. Her publicist, Kali Bowyer, said, “Pilar has become a victim of Deion’s celebrity status, which has swayed the courts and blinded justice . . . It has become evident at this point that there is an absolute prejudice against Pilar, and this has become a completely one-sided court circus.” Pilar herself said, “I am sad that Deion has been able to keep my boys away from me since Oct. 26 — no Halloween, no Thanksgiving — and now he is threatening to keep them away from me for Christmas. . . . He is using our innocent children as a pawn in this ugly, ugly divorce.” The warring pair, whose battle began with an April domestic dispute at their home, are due back in court Jan. 9 to discuss child custody issues. Pilar wants their 13-year marriage annulled, and their drama-filled divorce case will go to a jury.

Despite patching things up after this year’s Summer Jam fiasco, it looks like Nicki Minaj is at odds with Hot 97 once again. Now, in a recent interview with Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg, Hot 97′s program director Ebro says Nicki told him she doesn’t want the station playing anymore of her music.

Ebro explained that the most recent tiff with Minaj began after he said that Rosenberg’s comments ruined her career when her rap-heavy Pink Friday Roman Reloaded: The Re-Up only moved 36,000 units upon its release. According to Ebro, the YMCMB starlet called him from overseas, insulted him and demanded he never play her music on air again.

“I said, ‘Rosenberg ruined Nicki Minaj’s career’ – evidence suggests based on this Re-Up release, the things [Rosenberg] said about her being pop and selling out and making that pop music came back to haunt her,” he said. “Now, she puts six rap records on this album and it didn’t sell…I get the phone call, the international number pops up, I answer the call, it’s my friend Nicki Minaj, who then starts to proclaim how I’m fake. She used every woman’s stab she could – ‘I thought you were a man, you’re a cornball, I thought we were friends, you’re fake, everyone told me you were fake’…I said, ‘Nicki, I’m helping you. I’m keeping you in the Hip Hop conversation. This Hip Hop thing’s a competition; you’re either ringing, or you’re not, and just like I said yesterday, i love you, boo and I’ll dust you off and make sure this thing is popping off again.’ And she goes, ‘Don’t ever play my music again’…of course we are [still playing Nicki Minaj], I love Nicki Minaj.”

Nas previously had a problem with federal property taxes, owing approximately $6 million in unpaid debt. Now, the State of Georgia has another bone to pick with him, this time for $1 million.

According to TMZ, the State of Georgia has filed legal documents looking to collect $1,083,435 from Nas for the years 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010. The Georgia Department of Revenue is commanding Live Nation to garnish wages made from Nas’ current tour with Lauryn Hill in an effort to garnish his wages.

A representative for Nas says that the matter has been settled, but the GDR’s case is still open and they’re looking to recoup the money.

The U.S. government previously took a similar approach for Nas’ federal taxes, claiming that he owed approximately $6 million. The IRS filed documents in Georgia to garnish his wages through BMI and ASCAP until his debt was settled.

Kid CuDi has given up on a bitter custody battle with his baby’s mother over the full custody of their daughter.

According to TMZ, the former couple has been in a quiet legal war over the past year. CuDi explains that he purchased a home in Chicago, Illinois to be closer to his daughter and gave her “generous support,” but the child’s mother denies that claim, stating that he gave only “sporadic and inconsistent amounts” of support. She also accuses him of being an absentee father, as well as having violent tendencies and a “long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse.”

On August 3rd, Cudders finally agreed to let the mother have full custody of the child. She is allowing him visitation rights and he will also pay child support.

UPDATE: Kid CuDi has addressed a report that he had given up on the custody battle for his daughter. In a statement released by the rapper and his lawyer, CuDi says that he and his baby’s mother reached an “amicable agreement” and that those details will not be revealed.

A Halloween party on the University of Southern California campus was marred by gun violence Wednesday (Oct. 31). Four victims were injured in the shooting.

According to police, the violence erupted following an argument between two parties, at which point one person pulled out a gun and started firing. While the suspect hit the intended target, three other bystanders were also caught in the crossfire.

USC officials sent text messages to students telling them of the shooting at around 11:30 p.m. “Everyone started running. I saw a guy who was shot in the leg. He was limping and screaming for his friends to help him. ‘I got shot. Can someone give me a ride?’ His friends were helping him walk,” a witness told the Los Angeles Times. “People were screaming and running away.”

Police detained two suspects, one of which was said to be the shooter, and are looking into whether or not the second person was an accomplice.

None of those injured face life-threatening danger.

Asst. Chief John Thomas of the USC Department of Public Safety said the situation was“totally an isolated incident,” and stating that there was “no pending danger” to the university.

As of Thursday (Nov. 1) the campus had re-opened to students and faculty, but area where the shooting took place has been restricted, while LAPD officers continues their investigation.

Dennis Rodman has let go of the liquor and has henceforth brought a new light while shooting All-Star Celebrity Apprentice.

Could Rodman’s public image be getting a major boost? We’ll see, but in the meantime, here’s how Page Six breaks it down:

Dennis Rodman’s turned over a new leaf while shooting “All-Star Celebrity Apprentice,” we hear. “It’s been a wake-up call,” a source said of the newly sober wild man laying off the sauce. “He did a disservice to himself with booze and strip clubs, especially at his appearances.” Rodman’s previously said he was “unhirable” when he tried sobriety years ago. But it seems the Worm’s turned. “He’s a very different person when he’s sober,” said a friend.

“He’s got a lot of integrity. He’s made a real effort. Everyone around him recognizes that.” Rodman was spotted recently at Hell’s Kitchen’s 123 Burger Shot Beer, but abstained when a friend bought $1,000 of shots and brews for the bar. “Dennis was just having fun but wasn’t drinking. He’s in town working and has been sober,” his rep said. Owner John Greco said Rodman “treated everyone like a superstar.” Rodman was seen shooting Donald Trump’s show yesterday on 23rd Street and
